- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Place the banana, almond milk, and peanut butter into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place half of the steel cut oats and chia seeds in a jar. Top with half the smoothie.
- Give the jars a good shake and place them in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning either, eat cold out of the jar or heat the oats in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Top with any toppings you desire.
